Young people aged 16 – 24 have been disproportionately affected by the declining jobs market of recent years and up to 4 in 10 youngsters are now facing a bleak future with little or no prospect of winning a permanent job. In Telford, we are helping young people to 'Make a Job' and develop self employed enterprises to create their own 'earning futures'.

We are determined to transform the statistic that 4 out of ten young people may never find work to 4 out of ten young people run their own businesses.
