Young Britain is an up and coming scheme that is intended to help drive young people’s motivations into becoming their own boss! Creating a business from perhaps a talent, a hobby, or even one simple idea. The help has now arrived! (Long time overdue I’d suggest.) This project will expose the ‘do-ers’ of Britain, the ones who want to achieve in life, but just don’t know how to go about it. It also helps when there’s someone on your wave length, an advisor who has done it all before and knows exactly what dramas you are about to face. They are offering free advice and support, a place to create your business, events to meet other budding entrepreneurs and above all: heaps of motivation and inspiration! Self Employment is a route OUT of unemployment.

Young Britain is based in the global Birthplace of Industry in the UK and has been founded BY entrepreneurs FOR entrepreneurs to help the 18 - 30 year-olds ‘make their own jobs’. We’re driven by the catastrophic youth unemployment numbers that show no sign of receding and we’re determined to change the statistic that 4 in 10 young people might not find work for a decade to 4 in 10 young people run their own businesses. Young Britain is also a partner with the Start Up Loans Company and is providing loans of between £500 & £9,500 repayable over 1 to 5 years alongside a range of business services that help young people to create their own future earning potential.
